    Sony upped the console experience with their new ps5 controllers. Microsoft feels like cheap toy in comparison. But you can get these for nearly half the price on sale....so there's that.

    Bought a open box option and it seems to be working good so far. My only real complaint is that when I opened the box the remote and inside of the box was covered in dust.

    Similar to the previous controllers, but I like the upgraded D-pad and the added capture button to make it easier to record clips.

    I bought this controller right before the shortage, Xbox controllers are usually pretty good buys, I’m sad Xbox never fixed the loud clicking sound the joysticks make when they hit the frame

    Had the controller shipped to my house, and it arrived quickly. The only problem was the box was crushed. Somehow, the controller was undamaged so no harm no foul this time. However, the next customer might not be so lucky.

    I think that the new generation of Xbox controllers has the best in the hand feel of controllers to date. It's a bit expensive but if it lasts a long time then it will be worth it. The only real downside is that rechargeable batteries are an additional cost.

    Very good controller. New d-pad is better than the old, super-clicky one. I much prefer the lack of matte plastic on this controller as opposed to the old one. I wish it came with a USB-C cable in the box, but it does ship with batteries.
