    This controller is great! The new design for the Series X is very nice. Keep in mind that if you are moving from a Series S controller to the Series X, the battery box is a little different, so your rechargeable batteries may not work. The battery door is different between the two.

    I had to update the controller firmware in order to fix the button mapping in Windows. All the buttons looked fine in the windows controller settings but when I loaded up a game the inputs were all wrong. I had to download the Xbox Accessories app and plug in the controller to update the firmware. Now it works great! You should also know that your Bluetooth adapter has to have “low energy” mode or it won’t even see the controller at all. I had to buy a new Bluetooth dongle as well.

    The controller looks nice however I got really bad stick drift in a matter of a couple of months. Usually it takes a full year but they just don’t make anything like they used to.

    Decent controller but Microsoft need to step up their quality as the control pads only last about 4 months. They are good when working but after a couple of months you notice the glichiness.

    I always did like the classic controller. And this is tweaked for optimal performance. The directional pad is great.

    My son decided to spend his own money on this controller after his previous 2 broke. He said out of all the controllers we have for the 4 consoles we have that this one is his favorite out of all the ones he has used and he has absolutely no complaints or issues which is very rare.
