    Not sure why these controllers seem to all do “stick drift” after a few months. 2nd one this year and it also now has this issue. Might be time to look at an aftermarket controller.

    I purchased this controlling online through Best Buy and it was shipped from another company. The controller package was open and the controller was broken. There was a note stating that returns needed to go through this 3rd party company. I contacted them and was re-directed to start the return process through Best Buy. It has been over a week and still no word on the return of the product or my refund. I will NEVER order anything through Best Buy online again.
