But I have had connective issues since almost day one. The Bluetooth gets weird and stops working. The usb port on the controller stopped is finicky and doesn't stay connected anymore unless I put pressure on it. I did update on the controller via my Xbox and that seemed to fix the Bluetooth problem until tonight, now it's acting up again. I've had the controller for a little over a year and have had constant issues. Meanwhile my controller that came with my original Xbox one still works fine just has a little drift. This was supposed to replace that.

It was similar to fine grit sandpaper and I was not a fan. It also felt lightweight in my hand and I wasn’t pleased with the overall feel. I ended up returning it. Will most likely go back to my older Xbox controllers.

Compared to the Xbox One controller this one is just too loud. A shame that I must return it. Also it feels slightly smaller in the hands and a bit lighter. Some might like that but not me. Other than that it's the same controller

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
