    ALREADY THE RIGHT BUMPER IS DEAD. It has only been 52 days since it was purchased. its like they put cheap parts in this banking on you buying the protection plan and having to use it over and over again. because then they are left with the product to repair and put in in this case a new bumber and then they can resell the controller while getting another protection plan sold

    It is your standard controller, not hard to use, and would last about six months before it starts having issues. But without it being on sale, the controller would cost too much.

    Like all controllers especially if its your kids using it lifestyle is about 1.5 yrs. Send ot the Microsoft immediately for a replacement. Because of the 2yr warranty.
