This is the second controller I purchased in 3 weeks time. The left analog stick continues to drift after I let it go. This isn't acceptable. You can't play games with this defect. I will be returning it for a different one. I saw online that there has been an issue with this on Xbox controllers.

I purchased a open box item that was listed in a “like new” condition. The controller I received was well used and covered in hand grime from the previous owner. Returned it right away, I have purchased previous open box items that where is excellent condition. Not sure what happened here.

Look beautiful in my hands as I dominate my 6 and 9 year old in Madden. Or any other game they would like to be crushed in. Would give it 5 stars if they weren't so expensive.

Main power button must be pressed hard to recognize

The White Xbox Controller was a disappointment. While it initially felt great in hand with its smooth finish and familiar ergonomic design, it didn’t last long before issues started appearing. The thumb sticks were the biggest letdown—they became loose and unresponsive far too quickly, making precise movements in games frustrating. Additionally, the overall build quality didn’t hold up well with regular use. For a controller at this price point, I expected better durability. It may work fine for casual gamers who play occasionally, but for anyone who plays regularly, this controller is not a long-term investment. If you’re considering this model, you might want to look into alternatives with more durable thumb sticks and better build quality. Super honest review—not worth the money.

we keep replacing these as they wear down pretty fast or fall apart.

2 different types of controllers, but they are not advertised as such.

Love the shape and grippiness. Wish they lasted longer, have to buy like one a year.

This controller has a very nice alternative look and feel to it. Easy on the hands and the eyes.
