Comfortable design and textured grips, triggers, and bumpers. Had to look up how to connect it, but that’s normal and it wasn’t a hard process. Price seems like it could be lower though.

One star off because the back of the controller is white which introduces a third, unnecessary color on an other super slick looking controller.

The only problem I got is that the controller does not come with a USB C in case you are not able to connect to your PC or Xbox Bluetooth.

The only reason I took of one star is the connectivity issue. You need to reconnect everything you use the controller (I mean, delete the controller from the device list and reconnect which is a pain). Googled around, and it says it's by design the controller will work with PC like this. MS should do better on the compatibility side.
