    They changed the back plate so my chargeable battery packs can be used on controller but the plate will not fit and will not sit on charging dock correctly. Other than that great controller! Very satisfied.

    I love buying this item from Best Buy. The controllers will probably last a good 6-10 months, if that. The warranty with this item is a must have. It pays off in the long run. I never had an issue with swapping out a broken one. I saved so much doing this.

    It's not the cheapest option available, but for an extra $10, it looks fantastic compared to a plain black controller. Quality is fine and the textured grips are nice. If you like the look, go for it. (also I think each one has a unique pattern on the grip so that's cool)
