Awesome controller! The price is fair and worth it this thing is on it when you press a button it is lightning fast to reply and has a cozy feel to it to boot!

Needed a new controller, went to Best Buy during the Christmas sales as they always have them in stock and I don’t have to wait for 2 day from amazon

I got the green controller for my boyfriend, it's his favorite color. It's perfect, love the color scheme of green and white. It delivered with the rest of my order and very quickly, was packaged perfectly, and connected to my console with absolute ease. We are happy with this product!

I bought Both a “Red & Blue” controller & they both fit like gloves. My only complaint is why they still use AA batteries unlike the PS4 & PS5 controllers lol

Since I won’t be buying an Xbox Series X anytime soon I decided to buy the new controller to see any changes have been made. Works pretty much the same the grip feels a better than the previous and the usb c for charging and connecting to other devices is a plus. This does work with the wireless pc adapter that goes in and out of stock on Best Buy website. The wireless adapter has better connectivity for Xbox One controllers and you can connect up 8 controllers

I love the soft grip on these and it works very smooth and it is awesome!! love the ice design too!

I looked everywhere for a reasonably priced OEM XBox One controller. This not only fit the bill: it was VERY fairly priced, effectively in new condition, and the real McCoy. I am delighted. This is one of the best things I have ever bought from Best Buy. WILL BUY AGAIN.

Best controller for pc--handheld or otherwise. The only con is that it needs batteries but rechargeable usb-c battery replacements are available for cheap online.

The controller is absolutely beautiful in the shock blue color, and it’s awesome having the latest and greatest controller, however there are some issues with this new controller. The controller sometimes shuts itself off during gaming and that can be really annoying especially in a Ranked Match on Rainbow 6 Siege. There are also audio disruptions to the headset with this controller as I do not have this issue on my original Xbox One controller that I have had for 5 years now and still working flawlessly. Microsoft needs to be aware of these issues and needs to release a software controller update to fix these issues. I might have to take advantage of the extended return policy until Microsoft fixes them!

My son's favorite. Bought while ago used constantly daily with no issues. I know they have bought others since then that havent lasted as long . He reports no issues

Nice controller. You get a free custom background with it for Series S and X from Microsoft when you connect the controller. To access this feature, click the Settings button on your console dashboard. Under the General tab, hit the Personalization button and find the “My Background” button. Once there, you’ll be able to see Dynamic Backgrounds

This controller feels way better than the 360 one I used to use for my pc. Like the skin, weight, and joysticks used for this controller. I like it even more than my Pro controller, though I wished it had gyro too so I can enhance my fps gaming (I play a lot of Splatoon and am used to motion controls).
