Works great, it's an xbox controller. Not much to add. I'm a Nintendo fan, but even their pro controllers start to drift, and although still new, I feel like this controller is built better and wont drift. Plus I like that I can use it with my pc (very easily). Good deal with on sale.

The grip is amazing. The color is awesome, feels very durable then the original controller.

I played with an original Xbox one s controller for a few years now and after it started experiencing stick drift, i knew i had to get an upgrade to the latest xbox controller and it's a BIG improvement, The back provides extra grip so it doesnt slip easily when playing hard core games and one of the newest features i use alot is the capture footage button

I just replaced this controller today with my 2-year plan that I bought one year ago and the controller performed great. I brought this controller back and returned it because the left joystick wasn't registering when I would press it forward. The replacement process was great really simple too. Overall when I go back I'll probably get either this controller or another one like it because I've already used the replacement plan but I'd highly recommend this.

I have no complaints so far! works just as fine as my original one but looks better with the Blue. My only thing is, I wish the whole controller was Blue, as the back side is white, but other than that works very well and has better grip for better gameplay.

My son is loving it. The color and the feel. But, not sure why the original one starts becoming lethargic? That was too by Microsoft.

Needed a new controller cause my other had stick drift and this came in clutch. The white is also VERY nice

If you like bold colors, this controller is for you! Love the color and overall design. I will say that the first one I bought had a few scratches on it right out of the box, but Best Buy was quick to replace it for a new one. My only complaint would be the price. You are paying extra for the color.

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

I mean, it's an Xbox controller, lol, what do you need a review for it? If you really want a review from a random nobody online, then here it is: It's reliable as it is the official controller that comes with the Xbox console, switched to PlayStation a while back so im not used to the loud clicky buttons but i wanted to use a different contoller to connect to my phone to play minecraft during downtime at work.
