I returned this one and eventuality the replacement as well. Later learned from an online video that it’s due to low quality parts. It’s rumored that newer ones have this fixed

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Has a button that sticks all the time and one of the toggle controls hangs up and without being touched activates of items while playing. Tried to return outside of Best Buy's 15 day return policy and wouldn't accept return so now I need to deal with Microsoft.

They feel lighter and lighter. I don’t know if that’s what other people like, but I don’t. The controller feels like it has no internals: like you’re getting a cheap product. I bought this one because of the color and to use on my PC.

They charge you more money for the exact same controller but this one has less durability. I've been through more xbox controllers then Playstation. They are very fragile to falls.

Return window was up, so I sent it back to Microsoft for repair, and month later drift started back up. Will not buy a Xbox controller from Best Buy again. I have never had a issue with a Xbox controller
