This one just stopped communicating even though it appears to connect. It's ridiculous that these controllers don't even last a year. It's not a Bestbuy problem, it's a Microsoft problem.

Microsoft won't repair it because it's out of warranty but they offered a 'great' solution... "why not buy another one?" If you buy one - make sure you Get an extended warranty!

On one game the button layout is all mixed up and in another game it loses bluetooth connection about every 5 seconds. so until xbox and windows get on the same page I woul recommend getting a gen one or just an older controler.
