I got such a great deal on this controller, and it was such a great addition to my controller collection!! Must buy for any xbox Fan!! Store pickup was also such an easy and painless process for Black Friday!

The battery life lasts longer. Didn’t believe it till we gamed for several days straight. Microsoft figured out a way to make the latest controller a battery saver which in turn is saving us money. I love it.

Good color. Its textured so it feels great and good grip.

Best Buy held up their end, Microsoft just let me down TWICE. This is the first of two next gen controllers bought both from Best Buy about 5 months apart. Both have connectivity issues. This one took about 2 weeks to start malfunctioning maybe. The second was giving me fits right out of the box. This is a known issue and Microsoft says they are working on a fix but nothing has helped me yet on either pc or console. It’s worth noting that when hardwired using the usb-c port (which is sturdy thank god unlike the micro usb of all previous models) the controller functions 100% correct with no issues or interruptions. I know it’s not Best Buy’s fault but I wish they would warn prospective buyers and maybe give them the option of purchasing a previous model knowing that they are at least going to work (maybe lol) as what they are supposed to be- a wireless controller. This is something I would consider if I were using primarily on console and didn’t have say a 10 or 18 (whichever is necessary) foot usb cable to sit on the living room couch and play Xbox.

Grew up playing Xbox, so I've played with all variations of the controller through the years. The XSX Controller resigns slightly from the Xbone model. My only real complaint would be the lack of options for having a rechargeable controller or not. The buttons are also super loud, and I sit afraid of waking up my pregnant wife during later hours sessions. Solid 8/10 for me.

This is your standard Microsoft Series X controller, but in a cool blue color. Microsoft branded, so you know quality and compatibility will be nothing to worry about. Buy extra batteries.

Reliable and without drift, I've been using it for several months without any problem

Works well and looks almost as advertised. It doesn't show up well in the photos, it is ever slightly transparent showing some parts behind the front panel. I like this but some may not, good to know.
