Its design is sleek, the features are nice, the buttons are perfectly responsive, and the updates to the D-Pad and the thumbsticks are nice touch.

The only reason I took of one star is the connectivity issue. You need to reconnect everything you use the controller (I mean, delete the controller from the device list and reconnect which is a pain). Googled around, and it says it's by design the controller will work with PC like this. MS should do better on the compatibility side.

The texture grip and feedback from haptics is very high quality for price point for similar products. I haven't used an xbox controller since the 360 days, but these are wonderful.

Connect really easy and decent on batteries. You can connect with USB-c cable if needed to laptop but no need. just connect as device through bluetooth.

Opening it from the back for battery replacement was really hard. Afraid of using too much force and it was really stuck. Was not expecting it an issue. I feel these controllers need to be cheaper.

I bought this controller open box (good condition) and everything was perfect about it. The only thing it did not come with was batteries but that was to be expected.

Warranty always helps

The texture on the back is oddly pleasing and the only negative is that rechargeable batteries for the old controllers don’t fit with the charging window of the old controller.
