i love this controller. a very solid one considering all the options for price this one stood out to me.

Bought it for Call of Duty i have used this controller a lot it work perfectly it hasn’t broken yet it has good durability

The right joystick was drifting upon receipt. The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.

So nice I bought it twice...by accident. There are no cables or rechargable batteries with this controller. Im still looking for compatible parts. Theee is a different charging input that does not work with precious controllers.

New gen controllers are a little pricey, but always having one on a charger will save a ton on batteries over the life of the console.

Controller is great, although don't know if it's a pc connection issue or the controller, but sometimes the buttons will lag. Other than that, it's a great controller.

The slightly narrow grip compared to the previous models feel a bit less bulky. The grips on the back is a nice touch.
