The process was easy and curbside customer service was right. So far, I'm enjoying the functions of this controller, gives a comfortable feel.

Very happy with being able to pick it up as well , just keep trying to add in cart don’t quit

Love this controller!

The D-Pad has a much better/more accurate feel, but it’s a bit on the loud “clicky” side. You could generally get away with that if you’re not spamming it while next to a sleeping person.
