Controller is great....i got it in exchange as a warrantied purchase, that stopped working. Unfortunately they made me pay extra money in the exhange, even though i pay for yearly warranty coverage, also they had zero controllers in stock at the store, so i had to wait 5 days for them to ship me one from a warehouse

Love the color, feels good in the hands, works great.

Very happy with this purchase. My teenage daughter is a gamer. I would like to be but my brain is faster than my fingers lol. I bought this to practice so we may have the opportunity to play together with the ultimate goal to spend more time together. I haven’t been able to put it down since received. It’s easy to use and comfortable in my hands. Well worth the spend.

Synced with my Quest 3 effortlessly and has not lost connection. Color matched nicely. Playing Xbox games on the Quest 3 does seem to lag a tiny amount so I will probably just play on the console and 75” TV.

This is one sick controller. Feels great to play on and looks great too.

Needed a new controller cause my other had stick drift and this came in clutch. The white is also VERY nice

For a controller it does its job and works properly it controls lol, but once one of its sides gets unlocked or off alignment it’s very difficult to get it back to the right position in which it should function smoothly I notice this is always with the wireless controllers the connection gets very laggy when it’s never laggy up until the misalignment happens

Excellent controller. My boyfriend loves the colors and i was so happy they had this controller. I had to return one for an accidental drop but the exchange was easy and the associate who helped was super nice . We both are game heads so they are perfect for us.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. As a mom I love the 2 year warranty!!

This controller is amazing quality the text on the controller actually corresponds to the controls ingame and the grip on the back feels great! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to Starfield and wants something special!

Great product and great customer service to the team there I asked an amplifier if they knew is this controller had the aux spot for a headset (cause some newer ones don’t now) he wasn’t sure and sent me to geek squad they quickly gave me a yes and I did feel like they just gave me an answer to get out of the way however the cashier double checked for me and even made sure I knew about the return policy so overall a great experience plus the controller was just what I needed apparently my old one I got last year from the Xbox store wouldn’t let me talk to people on PlayStation but now I can play and hear anyone so I’m just happy the problem I had was solved and everyone I ran into helped out

Love the transparent front and overall look of this controller. It connected quick to the Xbox and I had no issues using it so far. Came with 2 batteries to start. Been pretty good so far.
