This remote was a great price and a great remote to use for my Xbox!!

Works fantastically and feels great in my hands. I've been keeping it on a charging dock when it's not in use and it's still going strong after a year.

I love it. My husband has the frost one. The design is super cool and so far it’s very responsive and it’s been lasting with house full of kids. Looked everywhere for this one and best buy was the only one that had it. Thanks so much!

I just replaced this controller today with my 2-year plan that I bought one year ago and the controller performed great. I brought this controller back and returned it because the left joystick wasn't registering when I would press it forward. The replacement process was great really simple too. Overall when I go back I'll probably get either this controller or another one like it because I've already used the replacement plan but I'd highly recommend this.

A solid, well built controller. No issues. THe white is a nice color change with no issues looking dirty-- stays clean looking.

Very good remote! I bought this for my 7 year old son and he just fell in love with it. The colors look like the galaxy and it works very well. We have not have to add more batteries. Seems to know eat them up as fast. High reccomend.

XBOX 360 controllers were starting to wear out, and these are a great replacement. I can't find any third party controllers that feel as good or last as long as Microsoft controllers. A little expensive but I think it's worth it because they do last. Very responsive and don't suffer any drifting like many others do. Problem I find though is batteries don't seem to last quite as long as Xbox 360 ones I had for years.

This is one sick controller. Feels great to play on and looks great too.

Amazing colors, grip feels so much better. Upgraded dpad (similar to the elite controllers, just not detachable) all around great upgrade or additional controller! Share button is great if you like to show off your achievements and game play.

My man goes through Xbox controllers like underwear but this one has by far lasted the longest. It’s affordable and great quality, seeing as how he’s already dropped it. I’m thinking about getting myself one so I can play the new Harry Potter game.

I really like this controller. The Sky Cipher design looks fantastic and stands out in the best way. It feels comfortable to hold and the buttons are very responsive. Connecting it to my Xbox and PC was quick and easy. The build quality feels solid and it works smoothly for every game I have tried. Overall this is a great controller with excellent style and performance.

I recently bought the Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller in white from Best Buy, and it’s been excellent. The controller feels solid, responsive, and very comfortable for long gaming sessions. Pairing was quick, the buttons are crisp, and the textured grip makes a big difference. The white color looks clean and premium. Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth it.

I know people hate paying for 1st party controllers but you can't go wrong with this controller. The color is nice too! Works well, connected without a problem and works perfectly with the cradle charger I have.

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

I have no complaints so far! works just as fine as my original one but looks better with the Blue. My only thing is, I wish the whole controller was Blue, as the back side is white, but other than that works very well and has better grip for better gameplay.
