Great controller; excellent hand-feel! Does not fit up nose, which is a plus.

It’s an Xbox controller. No issues, no bells and whistles. It’s exactly what it says. Works with Xboxes and PCs and anything with bluetooth. Could probably pilot a submarine to the titanic.

So nice to have a new controller. The micro textured joy sticks are awesome and just the overall feel of the controller is 10 times better than previous version. If you are still playing with the old model of Xbox controllers you need to stop immediately and get a new one at whatever cost.

First one we picked up must have shorted out somehow because it randomly stopped connecting/working even with replacing batteries and would not even connect to the Xbox anymore after initially connecting and working for a couple weeks. Our new one is working fine so far though.

Controller works perfectly I bought it to use with my Xbox 360 but it wouldn't work so now I use it to play games like GTA 5 on the Xbox game pass app on my phone

I am highly upset for the past three trips to Best Buy. If my Son controller is blue you no longer have a blue. You give me a white. If you don’t have a white, you give me a black the same thing with the headset you give me what you have and when it’s time to bring it back under the protection plan I’m told either my plan collapsed when I never let it collapse or I’m giving something else and it’s frustrating. I have been doing this for 14 years and only have had issues using the Raleigh Crabtree Best Buy. It’s not fair that I’m here for 2 1/2 hours since 1130 is now 208 same thing last time the young lady went to go look at the camera. She said I was giving a gift card. I know I used the gift card if you give it to me right then because a lot of times I forget I have a gift card And I want this resolved. They told me to contact the number on the receipt cause there’s nothing they can do in the store corporate has to take care of it. There was one time when they couldn’t find something and they said they couldn’t refund me for something broken. I said well I’m a leave it here but they take it. It does me no good taking something that you’re telling me I can’t use so why am I holding onto it then later someone print a receipt and they actually see the problem and then re-issue me whatever it is I need. I don’t know if folks strain differently. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just too much and I want to be refunded for headset And the controllers.

I loved the color in previews and even on the box in real life but when I opened the box the controller has a duller color than I expected, I know the highlighter yellow isn't for everyone but I was a bit disappointed in how it wasn't blindingly bright. Other than that it's a great controller that feels light weight compared to the Xbox One controller but with better triggers and a better dpad other than the fact that it is a shield design.

Bought for grandson. Got a new xbox and needed a new contoller. Blue is his favorite color.

It’s sturdy and feels really good. It is, however, a little glitchy sometimes. For some reason, I loose connection to my Xbox every now and then. Not sure if the problem is with my controller or Xbox. I have a 2015 Xbox one elite. Maybe it’s time to upgrade to the the series X.

While this is one of my favorite controlers when it comes to the rubber grips and design which is beautiful. My only gripe is the capture button which I accidentally hit maybe twenty times a night.

This is the fourth Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller I have returned b/c of either drifting, trigger switches not working on all three levels, or buttons broken. Very unhappy with the QC on this product.

Great controller. Love the color! Thought about going white but the blue is awesome.
