I personally haven't had any issues before with Microsoft tech. Only thing is, I had a charging cable I previously used with my Xbox One and this new controller has a different port to be charged.

We went out of town for Christmas and my grandsons controller was left behind. I was very fortunate that best buy in Corpus Christi had 1 left. It would have not been a pleasant visit without it. I dont like the clicking sound on the d-pad. Its just me. Sometimes I want to game more quietly and that click is not quiet. But not a deal breaker either 2. The finish on the controller is meh...I like it but I like the older style better for it not showing the stress of these shooter game. Controller looks soaked lol 3. See you thought there was a third. Nope thats it..everything else is good to go

If you don’t want to spend to much for the others

Wonderful Controller

The side grips are textured compared to the original controllers. The d-pad is easier to use but on this controller it has become soft but still functional. I got this one “open box” because someone opened it up and took the AA batteries lol.

I ordered it and chose to utilize curbside pickup. The service was fast and friendly and the controller Works flawlessly. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend these guys all the way.
