They have a good texture and the trigger buttons feel better than the previous version for the Xbox One X. Getting the rechargeable batteries is a must and they last for hours of non-stop gaming.

I paid $40 extra for an upgraded new controller and warranty and this controller started lagging already. It’s so hard to get good products along with good customer service, everything is about an up-sale instead of integrity and culpability from the start.

Usually it takes a full year but they just don’t make anything like they used to.

I'm glad that I got this one on sale, and the charging base was an added bonus. Always try to purchase MS products on sale the value remains high throughout the year!
