Might be time to look at an aftermarket controller.

I used it for Amazon Luna and it just ended up being laggy and frustrating. canceled my sub to Luna and will probably sell the controller to a better home. for now this is just a sexy lil paper weight

This is the best controller to use with PC gaming. It connects to my PC quickly via Bluetooth. I think the red color is really nice!
