Terrible. Ships with outdated firmware, and the only way to update it is using a Windows PC. Except for a tiny problem: Microsoft advertises these as compatible with non-Microsoft products. So many people who don't use Windows-based PCs are going to be unable to use their brand new controller because they'll have no way of updating the firmware. The firmware update app is terrible and won't even recognize their $200 Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers. Build quality is non-existent. They feel cheap and poorly built. Both of my Xbox Series X/S controllers broke after sixty days. I'm never buying anything from Microsoft again, and I sold my Xbox Series X. The design and technology on these Xbox Controllers are easily 10-15 years old, and you still have to use AA batteries so no charging. A genuinely awful product from a horrible company.

I purchased this controlling online through Best Buy and it was shipped from another company. The controller package was open and the controller was broken. There was a note stating that returns needed to go through this 3rd party company. I contacted them and was re-directed to start the return process through Best Buy. It has been over a week and still no word on the return of the product or my refund. I will NEVER order anything through Best Buy online again.

You get what you expect when you buy a Xbox controller

Just your standard Xbox controller, except reskinned. The aqua shift is sure a fancy color, the back on the controller is a textured rubber that feels more plastic than rubber.

Not the biggest difference from the last model but its nice.

It’s great but it does NOT last. I play first person shooter games (mostly call of duty) and I use three paddles and the trigger stoppers. It’s always something different that gives out anywhere between 2 months -8 months of purchase. This is my 3 one I’ve purchased.

What a deal. This was on sale cheaper than any competitors by a lot. Make sure to check you daily deals. Not else much to say, when it comes to controller’s Xbox brand is the best.

Overall amazing controller. If you are thinking of buying it I recommend it. Only downside is that the controller doesn’t come with a charger.
