The controller does not pair well with bluetooth and I did not yet buy the dongle. There are constant drops even after following advice online about updates, bluetooth type, range, etc. The PS5 controller works much better over bluetooth with DS4WINDOWS.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

I work full time so I dont even game everday. My controllers usually last a year or 2 so I didn't buy the warranty and I was going to return it but miss the 2 week return window due to my work schedule. So i had to just take the loss and buy a controller else where cheaper but with the warranty this time cause they obviously don't have good quality control any more.
