It Got Stuck!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to receive this new controller however upon playing it for a few seconds the buttons were extremely tight and it had a bit of drifting to it. I don’t blame Best Buy at all more the manufacturers of this product. I unfortunately had to give it three stars. It would’ve gotten all five if it worked properly. The design is great just the drifting and stuck buttons was disappointing.

This will never be used, so I can only speak to the quality of the black unit that came with my Series X. Feels great in the hand. More solid than a Gen 1 X1 controller for sure. The share button is a great addition.
