The controller connects to my windows computer. After connecting it, it works well but does not always connect on the first try. I have noticed a small click when moving the left joystick but that is not a problem. The controller feels good in the hand, especially the vibration motors.

One of the buttons was stuck within a day. Best Buy had great customer service and made replacement easy. Hoping the new one works out well.

It's exactly what you would expect. Turns on, syncs to system. Moves guy on screen. What more could you ask for

My son is very happy with his new controller. The only reason for a new one is he wore the old one out. He likes these controllers best.

It’s a remote it does a remote does. It’s only that is pink in the pink it’s beautiful and it doesn’t come off so that’s great.

This game controller is definitely near the top of class. Very underrated and very user friendly.

Bought this on sale for daughter. I haven't seen it since I bought it for her. Maybe one day I will get to try it out.

So nice I bought it twice...by accident. There are no cables or rechargable batteries with this controller. Im still looking for compatible parts. Theee is a different charging input that does not work with precious controllers.

This controller works great! It was a bonus for me because it was an open box. I'm typically skeptical about open boxes but I decided to put my trust into Best Buy and save some bucks. I'm glad I did.

My grandson loves his new carbon black controller. The controller fits his hands just right and is easy to work. The buttons are well placed for him. Dirty hand prints do not show as much as with the white controllers.

Love the remote. Very reasonably priced. People complain about it using batteries but I have rechargeable batteries that last months in the remote. I prefer that to the daily recharge of the PS5 remote and a lot cheaper.

Xbox controllers are the best, I’m an avid PlayStation player but when I need a controller for my PC it’s Xbox every time. Synced right up and has textured grips that make the controller feel more pleasant.

Nothing fancy here, it works well and we don’t have issues with any Xbox controllers themselves. Only thing we have issues with is the rechargeable batteries don’t last very long before they start dying fast.
