Worked for 3 days and then quit working. Waste of money.

Microsoft of course always has quality issue's, right out the box the buttons seem sticky. Microsoft/Xbox is complete garbage.

The controller only lasted a few weeks before it started drifting up and down its garbage. I dont play hard on them at all. They're just making trash and should be embarrassed and ashamed to put their name on it.

best buy is garbage, warranties mean nothing, they just want your money they dont care about customers.

Bought one of these and it did not work so exchanged it for a new one and after one month, stopped working. Of course it could no longer be returned so it was a waste of money. Will not buy again.

Remote was not the actual remote it was opened and switched out and i got treated like if I was trying to do a scan or etc.

It started to not respond in Fifa. Especially the left stick and right-trigger. But I can not return it since it started to be disfunctional after a month of buying.

I will never in my life order from yal again it took me 4 months to get my controller I had insurance came to the store bout 4 times then one of yours employee got smart with me at the store he was light skin with dreads

Horrible quality these are right on par with the one controllers for quality. Mine literally broke within a week very gentle use I play a lot but I just wish Xbox good finally make a controller to compare to PlayStation quality

The input response from the controller is the worst I have experienced from any controller ever. Not sure if it is from the buttons being too stiff or the input readings from the hardware is not sensitive enough.

We had it for 2 weeks and they wouldn’t take it back we were one day she of return date but it’s definitely defective and i’m a very good xbox client for my boys.

I bought this item and I realize a week after received when I tried to play that it has connection problems. I tried to communicate with Best Buy because I wasn't available to go to the store and return it because of my work and I didn't received any help. Machine was sending me to call Microsoft and they didn't answer neither. I've buy several times to you and this is the first time that I feel dissapointed from a purchase with you,

Honestly wish i could give a rating, i ordered it on dec 3rd now its jan 2nd and still havent received the item. The laptop i ordered it with and shipped on the same day already arrived on the 20th of dec.

Arrived defective after performing firmware updates and power cycling the console. It was unable to maintain a connection to the console when an older controller was capable. No return postage was included for a return or exchange.

Someone removed my new controller and replaced with used box as well as a used controller while enroute to me, i file to return it back to bestbuy and they are sending me another one hopefully a new one this time.

This controller broke a month into having it. Second time I’ve gotten a controller from Best Buy and it’s broken in a month.

Buttons stick Have to hard press almost everything for it to even work Had it less than a month and it already sticks so I’m constantly moving left

Controller was dirty out of the box (BRAND NEW btw) also the A button would get stuck every time I pressed it. Best Buy has messed my orders up 3 times one after another in only one month. Returned immediately.
