very good controller the only thing ididnt like is that you have to buy rechargable battery and docking station for the controller to charge the rechargable battery. also not big fan that xbox makes you buy an adapter in order to plug in your mic. i think the last gen with xbox controller with mic already ready to use inside the controller is better

Great color and ease of use as any expected controller would be. Super easy to pair and very straightforward instructions.

Very confusing. Service desk didn’t explain much. Was able to get a new one. Cashier also didn’t say much. Paid $3 something and didn’t get printed receipt.

Functionally, its the same as any basic Xbox Series X contoller. The one difference is the rubberized grips. It makes longer gaming sessions much more comfortable for me. Aside from that, the look is top notch. Love the little details. It looks great on my desk too. Razer needs to make a charging stand for it though.

Beautiful. It has grips on the sides that were a pleasant surprise. This was a gift to another. My only wish would be that there were other color combinations. They enjoyed the purple but I'm personally a green fan, it would have been cool to get two in different colors.

I love it! I have the xbox one s and it works great! It is very comfortable in the hands and has more grip than older ones!

Replacing a 10 year old worn out controller, looked at all possibilities and decided on a Microsoft replacement. Connected up and works with zero issues. Since the old one lasted 10 years, I expect this one to do the same. Not to mention the price was right and they had it in stock. Great job Best Buy.

I like this controller and use it more than the original that came with the system. Have had no problems. Connects and stays connected.

My husband was looking forward to switching to this new textured controller. He was tired of his (glossy smooth) controller, because the more you play, the hotter and sweater your hands get… and the controller had a tendency to slip around in his hands. So he bought this textured one; however it’s a very hard plastic, with nothing to protect your hands. So after using it a couple times, his fingers were very sore and tender the rest of the week (which especially doesn’t help with the rest of the pain he has from his medical issues). So even though he was very excited for this textured controller, he will have to return it. I wouldn’t say this is a bad controller, it could be great for other people, it just wasn’t for him.

Love this controller. I am using it exclusively for PC. Works great on Steam and Xbox Game Pass. Feels great in my hands.
