    I received a defective controller with buttons that did not register properly unless pressed directly over them. The button presses also required an unusually high degree of force to be recognized. The batteries also did not work. But my main issue is that Best Buy would not even let me swap out the controller at 17 days past buy date.

    It's an XBOX controller. It works fine, feels good, I have had soem issues with connection, when I plug it in with the USB-C, it wlil disconnect after a bit and want to use the batteries instead.

    I love this controller but it would be nice if it didn't disconnect every so often. Other than that it's a very nice controller! I'm so used to Nintendo's controllers (I've never used Xbox nor PS). But it took me no time to get used to these.

    Works great. Only issue is the capture button is easily bumped, but the settings can be changed to keep it from recording on just a single press
