This one I just purchased has been good as new and everything is back to normal.

It’s pops and looks great against her black Xbox x series! She even says it’s a little more compact than previous controllers!

I wish it had Haptics similar to those of the Playstation controller on the triggers so even though my experience was perfect I'm going to give the product a 4/5 stars.
