When i first got it it was very clean, no bad piece. It works really well and continues to do great on games. I highly recommend it to anyone who their last controller got stick drift, bad piece, and many other differences.

Great so far :) no connection issues or anything like that.

This was a open box purchase for me originally I had ordered online a brand new one but get to the store they had not in stock they had this in stock open box purchase the open box controller box flies open almost dropped the controller in the store but did not got it home might I mentioned the back piece is not the Xbox back piece it's aftermarket and it worked fine would have gave five stars but the customer service definitely killed one of my stars do better Best Buy in Everett Washington

Love the color, the feel, it synced easy . Can’t complain!

Controller works great, and lights on the joy stick controllers are nice.

It is the best control you can buy to play on PC, Xbox, phones and tablets, it is very comfortable and can be used with single use or rechargeable batteries, or also with the Charge and Play kit, also connected via USB Type C.

I really love this controller; it has good feel and the easter eggs on it are really sweet. As a big Doom fan, this is one of the best skins for a controller.

Just like a normal Xbox controller. Its very durable, responsive and comfortable.

Replaced an xbox one controller with this one. Enjoy the matte texture on the dpad+trigger buttons compared to glossy old one. Grips on the back also have a grippy texture compared to the smooth matte texture of the previous version. I enjoy the use of AA batteries as I can just swap them out when they run out.

Durable, confortable and well crafted the xbox controller works well on your console as well as blue tooth enabled tablets pc's and phones. After major wear and tear the device may experience stick drift unfortunately.

My Nephew loved the colors! Purple is his favorite color!

I'm really glad I ordered the official controller and battery pack. Everything works perfectly on both my gaming build and my laptop. I like that it can charge and be plugged in to continue playing and that you don't need an extra charger as it has the usbc port as well. Really comfortably, good grip surface. Glad I went with the OG
