Bought my son this controller for Christmas. He loves it and it works as expected.

Has great performance and the grips on the triggers are so much better. I’ve been doing so much better after getting this controller, I’m a keyboard and mouse player but this control gave me motivation to play on controller.

Bought this to replace a Black Xbox one controller that was starting to glitch out and not function properly. Blue color is pretty slick and it works great with Xbox One. I imagine it would work well with Series S/X as well, but I don’t own one so haven’t tried that yet.

Good controller and really cool looking. The back of it is white so contrast makes it pop. Works great out of the box and hopefully last me more than a couple years

Great controller. Good battery life. Pairs nicely with the dual charging station.

It's been great so far. No drift. USB-C charging port at top, headphone jack on bottom. Gold Shadow edition is the best-looking Xbox controller I've had.

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

Controller has a really nice design i love the purple and blue shades it has love the rubber grips on the side and the wallpaper it comes with is also really nicely done and animated

The controller functions as well as all xbox controllers but the color is so darn cool! The purple rubberised grips just set it off. 10/10

Pretty much just a normal Xbox Series X|S controller but with a pretty design and rubber grips. I loved the secret background you unlock for your Xbox when having this controller connected.

So cute for my daughter to really stand out when she’s playing with her brothers!!

It's nice, blue, and it works. Connected to the desktop super easy.

Purchased this Xbox wireless controller at the Avondale location. Customer service was fantastic. They assisted me in locating the specific isle where the item was located. Overall experience was great. Product works well and I've had no issues while using the controller.

Xbox controller works with other devices which is amazing as well.

Incredible controller just for kids and just great to get an extra one for player 2.
