Microsoft hasn’t changed the Xbox controller much for several years. This one has the same familiar and comfortable feel that you would expect. Its performance is great, and this version has Bluetooth built in. No need for adapters to pair it to a computer or other compatible device.

I was able to get this item $20 cheaper than retail price it was a great sell the product works great with my Xbox system the new generation system always got a lookout for the Best Buy sales

These contollers are backwards compatible with the xbox one concoles. I liked the blue color and the redesigned cross pad feels great. Not too much has changed from the previous generation.

Made gaming that much more enjoyable for me! The controller is very comfortable for long gaming sessions

Controller works great in my Windows 10 PC and my daughter's PC...using it for Microsoft Flight Simulator and I hadn't even realized that is was wireless too as we had been using it with a Type-C cable we had sitting around but a quick Bluetooth connection will get you up and running. The controller works perfectly with Steam Big Picture and directly with every game I've tried it on as well as XBox Game Pass on my PC and Android tablet via XBox Remote Play (Also, my daughter's headset works great on her tablet plugged into the controller itself which turns it into a wireless headset with no additional adapters or configuration). No regrets!

As with all xbox controllers at this price, my left analog stick broke after about a year and a half. I started to get stick drift. Otherwise, I love the design and worked well when it worked!

so far love this controller. Almost identical to the xbox one, it adds a gripy texture and a better Dpad. only drawback is it doesnt use the same rechargeable battery, what gives Microsoft?

Best Buy held up their end, Microsoft just let me down TWICE. This is the first of two next gen controllers bought both from Best Buy about 5 months apart. Both have connectivity issues. This one took about 2 weeks to start malfunctioning maybe. The second was giving me fits right out of the box. This is a known issue and Microsoft says they are working on a fix but nothing has helped me yet on either pc or console. It’s worth noting that when hardwired using the usb-c port (which is sturdy thank god unlike the micro usb of all previous models) the controller functions 100% correct with no issues or interruptions. I know it’s not Best Buy’s fault but I wish they would warn prospective buyers and maybe give them the option of purchasing a previous model knowing that they are at least going to work (maybe lol) as what they are supposed to be- a wireless controller. This is something I would consider if I were using primarily on console and didn’t have say a 10 or 18 (whichever is necessary) foot usb cable to sit on the living room couch and play Xbox.
