Customer service was fantastic. They assisted me in locating the specific isle where the item was located. Overall experience was great. I bought it cause of its beautiful green look but overall the controller is amazing. The dpad is crisp and precise and i like hearing the clicks. The thumbsticks are comfy and the grip on it makes for perfect control. It really is a nice controller.

Great shades of purple and blue
