Very confusing. Service desk didn’t explain much. Was able to get a new one. Cashier also didn’t say much. Paid $3 something and didn’t get printed receipt.

This controller was amazing, the looks were awesome to, I just love the button in the middle where I could screenshot something I wanted immediately, I had this controller for a year, and still didn’t have a problem with stick drift, this controller was awesome I would buy it again.

Excellent feeling controller! The texture is much nicer than the Xbox One controllers. The share button is a bit touchy and the d pad clicky but that is a personal preference and some enjoy it. This is the third controller I own, but one had a loose 3.5mm headset port and had to send it in to Microsoft. I guess it is common and it was the controller that came with the Series X. So beware of that. Love the blue color the best out of the three available. I wish it was rechargeable for the same price.

Great controller. Excellent feel. Sturdy construction. No wear in buttons, pad, or sticks. I am also happy I got this second controller free with purchasing a Best Buy Membership for a year and my Xbox (with one controller) at the same time.

I like the feel of the new remotes. The changes arent drastic, but noticable. The best part is the color.

This is truly a great controller for X-box and Pc. The X-box controller feels durable and comfortable. There is some weight to it and the controller buttons feel absolutely smooth. Another positive is that you have the option to choose from a variety of colors, rather than just a few.

Like all Xbox controllers, this is an excellent, high-quality piece of gaming kit, to say the least. If you're rockin a Series X or Series S, you're already familiar with the new design. If you're still on the previous gen, this one is well worth it anyway just for some minor tweaks and that sorely-missed Share buton it took too long to get. All of the said, the plastic on the shell on this one doesn't look as dense as on previous models. While my Blue Xbox controller is SOLID looking, this one is a little translucent around the Xbox button, like you can sort of see the black plastic mechanisms behind it. This is clearly not intentional. Still, it's my daily driver, feels amazing, and plays great so no other complaints. It's just not as vibrant in person as it is in pictures.
