Has a nice grip in the the back, love the transparent scheme

Bought this on sale as a whim. Didn’t know if it would be any good. I was very surprised. Functions better than most Xbox controllers at double or three times the cost. It connects to anything. Using it for my Windows PC, iPhone, Android TV. Instantly connects. Has rumble function but batteries last forever too. It’s the only controller you will ever need.

Great product and great customer service to the team there I asked an amplifier if they knew is this controller had the aux spot for a headset (cause some newer ones don’t now) he wasn’t sure and sent me to geek squad they quickly gave me a yes and I did feel like they just gave me an answer to get out of the way however the cashier double checked for me and even made sure I knew about the return policy so overall a great experience plus the controller was just what I needed apparently my old one I got last year from the Xbox store wouldn’t let me talk to people on PlayStation but now I can play and hear anyone so I’m just happy the problem I had was solved and everyone I ran into helped out

Excellent controller. My boyfriend loves the colors and i was so happy they had this controller. I had to return one for an accidental drop but the exchange was easy and the associate who helped was super nice . We both are game heads so they are perfect for us.

Bought this originally for my wife cause I thought we be gaming a little bit together, but unfortunately for me she only played a couple of times. But bright side is I have it for my desktop so win win. I like the color and it runs like any other Xbox controller. I do like the Bluetooth feature for ease of connection to my Xbox or desktop use. Wish these controllers weren't so expensive.

Xbox controller since the 360 have to me always felt a bit off. This time though, they got it right. Controller is perfectly balanced, fits well in your hands, comfortable. Triggers aren’t too loose or too tight. Doesn’t feel cheap. As far as durability goes we will see how long it takes for stick drift to creep in. If and when that happens though, Would and will buy again!

The controller design is nice itself it has grip on the back of the controller which feels great and has grip on the triggers too overall it good quality I would 100% buy again and recommend it to my family and friends

This controller is amazing quality the text on the controller actually corresponds to the controls ingame and the grip on the back feels great! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to Starfield and wants something special!

Amazing colors with grips for long gaming sessions that usually don’t come on the standard Xbox controller.

This has to be, hands down, the coolest looking xbox controller on the market. Pics just do not do it justice as it is best appreciated in hand under natural lighting. The shimmering blue finish goes from a light electric blue to an almost purple hue as it is rotated around. Being an official microsoft product it functions flawlessly and is well built. Additionally, the rubberized grips are all unique to each individual unit and work realy well. Can be used for both console gaming and bluetooth connectivity allows for use on laptop and mobie devices. Slightly more expensive than a standard xbox controller, but its limited addition so that is what you are paying for. This is now my second favorite controller after the elite series 2. A great buy and fully recommended!

Classic design perfected. Comfortable. Good battery life. Cons - would be nice to have rechargeable battery included. TBD if frame starts to flex over time. Stick drift/slop. Don’t like the price.

It works like an x box controller. But in red! My daughter loves it

This controller is great for Steam. My favorite feature about this controller is the battery. It's not embedded. Sure, you have to replace the battery every so often, but this will make your controller last so much more than the ladder. I had similar controllers like this for the Xbox 360 and they easily lasted through the lifetime of the console. This is an easy pick. The customer service at the location I was at leaves something to be desired. It's a shame because the customer service at Best Buy used to be pretty good before the pandemic. The employees I interacted with weren't really friendly. They didn't greet me and didn't thank me at all for shopping there. It felt more like I was in a local bodega than a central store in the middle of the city. Definitely not coming to Best Buy Union Square for the time being.

In a house full of boys.....a mom needs a color that stands out and this purple is it. Works great but the fact its purple make it an even bigger win! But fair warning. Even teenage boys love this remote. Lol

Purchased this on sale. Has worked about as well as any controllers. It seems they are built to only last six months and then break. Must be Microsofts way of trying to turn a profit since they have been losing the console war for years.

I've only gotten Xbox controllers. I needed another one for my gaming pc. I wanted the red and its a very nice brilliant red. Lots of energy for gaming. Connects quickly to the pc. Every thing else about it is standard for a controller.

this is the best controller in my life. Best Buy is the best website I get allll my accessories from for all my gaming. Thank you for always having the latest up to date tech. not to mention this controller is beautiful in my hands. love it!!!xD
