I love this controller so much. Its really pretty in in person and it works great! I've been using it to play Starfield and Sea of Thieves and have had no issues. Connected to my laptop very easily as well.

My son loves this design of the controller. Good grip.

My son says it is a really good controller, the gradient grip on the back is great for holding onto the controller when in “sweaty” situations. He also says The capture button is great when he does something cool cause he doesn’t have to open menu. Only problem he finds is that it is too easy to click the capture button on accident while playing games.

I love it. My husband has the frost one. The design is super cool and so far it’s very responsive and it’s been lasting with house full of kids. Looked everywhere for this one and best buy was the only one that had it. Thanks so much!

I've had this controller for about 2 years now and it still has not given up on me. controls are very solid and makes my games way easier to play since I have not yet adjusted to keyboard and mouse.

My son loved the color of this controller and the way it's able to take a screen shot at the press of a button. He said it has a much better grip than the old one and he loves the diaginal buttons on the d.pad.

More durable than most . I'm hard on the buttons and with in weeks of buying my last two the analogs and buttons we're sticking this one holding up very well so far.

I bought this for the Xbox One X and it works great. The size of the newer controllers are a little smaller than what I have had before, but it doesn't affect anything. I really like the blue on this one and it is awesome. I don't angry game and I have never thrown a controller, so I can't speak to how well it works if you "drop" it. :)

1 year into use, no issues. No stick drift yet, and I use this controller daily for around 4-6 hours. Controller feels really good in the hand and I love the texture grip on the triggers and bumpers.

I recently picked up the Microsoft - Xbox Wireless Controller, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! As someone who’s used a variety of Xbox Wireless Controller over the years, the Xbox Wireless Controller stands out in almost every category.

The original X controller was having issues staying connected to my Xbox so I bought this one. I also had a difficult time reading the X,Y,B and A as they blended in with the black background and I am a newbie to XBox gaming. This one is awesome, lighter in weight so easier to hold, bright colored lettering and it connected immediately and stays so. So far I've had no issues at all. I really like it.

When first unboxing this masterpiece of a controller it was as though the interstellar power of the cosmos unfolded before my eyes. And the smoothness of the buttons pressed so accurately during intense gameplay, it was as though the milk of the milkyway itself was at my fingertips. The rubber grips remain firm in my hands. As though I was a god and had control of the universe itself. Which as a video gamer I guess is a good description of every story I embark on with the protagonists of each game. Overall, if you buy this controller specifically for the color as I did. You will be quite satisfied in its performance capabilites as well.

Durable, confortable and well crafted the xbox controller works well on your console as well as blue tooth enabled tablets pc's and phones. After major wear and tear the device may experience stick drift unfortunately.

Needed a controller for my PC for certain games. Easy to connect and feels great to use. Recommend a wireless charger and rechargable battery pack because it burns through batteries.

Considering that I would have given the Xbox One controller a 4/5, I think that this is a perfect 5/5 for what I want out of a controller. Assuming you have an Xbox One controller, I can compare it to the last generation. The Series controller is much sturdier in its design and ever so more plain looking. I like both those aspects the same. I also think that the largest selling point compared to the last gen is the new plastic on the triggers and the USB-C connection. Otherwise... it's more the same and that's fine. It's just better all around and is the level of premium that you would expect from Microsoft. I will say that the specific details for connecting it to a PC have always eluded me until now. I thought that because this controller DOES have BluTooth that that's all I ever needed to use. While you can, using it via BT doesn't allow the use of the trigger motors nor the audio port and that's where the Xbox Wireless Adapter comes in. I just wish that was more apparent.

Great controller and great deal for warranty. I play a lot of solo player games and Rocket League. The stick drift usually takes longer than normal to start affecting me, but I’m able to come by and fix cheaper than other places charge.

This controller is great! Versatile if you want to use it with the Xbox, PC, or Chromecast. Very sold construction, I don't feel like I could break it easily. Good button design and responsive. The fact that it still uses double A batteries is kind of weird and 1990s, I went ahead and bought some really good rechargeable ones - Panasonic Eneloop. That is an extra cost of ownership so one less star. Maybe so you aren't limited by the life of an internal battery, but for all the costs of batteries you could just buy another controller.
