I've had the controller only slightly longer than the warranty period, this is my third Xbox controller in a year all of which have a bumper issue. I use these controllers lightly, never touch them with messy hands, not a single button sticks. The bumper has lost all clickyness and fails to register inputs. This is an issue that has plagued Xbox Controllers since the Xbox One came out, it has a known design flaw and they apparently don't care about fixing it. Why bother when customers keep throwing money at controllers that'll fail in six months? Microsoft won't replace it, and won't stand by their product. These pieces of crap have a mere 90 day warranty, that should tell you all you need to know about how long they'll last. Microsoft has permanently lost me as a customer, which is a shame as I had considered buying a Series X, not anymore. Go buy a PowerA controller, they may not feel as good initially, but at least they stand by their controllers with a two year warranty and will replace it when it fails.

Leaps and bounds better than the 360 which is what Im used too - just like the console. I love that it signs you in if you have a specific controller as well! 10/10
