What else is there to say? It feels great! responsive, i recommend getting a rechargeable battery pack!

The newer Xbox Series X controllers are a slight step up from the original Xbox One controllers. Microsoft finally addressed the issue with the commonly frail Micro-USB ports, and replaced them with the now more-common USB-C connector. Other changes include a slight redesign in shape, but still feels great in the hand. The new D-pad works great when navigating menus in-game. For this particular controller, the blue color scheme is a nice change of pace from the standard Black/White set of controllers Microsoft has been selling for years.

Controller as far as fulfillment by Best Buy was perfect. Came on time as described. However, this is the second next gen Xbox controller I have bought in 6 months and both have the wireless connectivity issues which apparently are known by Microsoft and apparently have a fix coming and/or are already fixed on pc which is what I use mine for, yet I have tried all of the troubleshooting fixes and still have the same problems. Luckily both of my laptops have multiple usb 3.0 ports and when playing at a desk I don’t need to be farther than my longest cable will reach, but when you buy a WIRELESS product you expect to be able to use it WIRELESSLY. While I understand that this is no fault of Best Buy I do wish they would at least add a warning or something to prospective buyers being this is a WELL-KNOWN issue at this point and I imagine when trying to use an actual Xbox with these the hardwiring would be much more of an annoyance.

Great controller...I just love the feel of this new one. It's nice being able to just connect it to my phone or laptop when I'm not around game system at home.
