It's apparently updated from the controllers I got with my Xbox two years ago. There's a jack for ordinary headphones and they are bluetooth vs IR. However, those are minor changes and the only real difference is that they are white!

This unit has extra grip padding and doesn’t slide around in your hand.

I went ahead and acquired this to play FIFA 18 against my little boy...he’s good. Highly recommend the 2nd controller and highly recommend playing games with your child. Competition brings out the best in us.

When moving right with the thumb control, it tends to keep going right unless you stop it. Also, feels as if out case has gotten a little loose, seems to shift when using it (the outer casing). Otherwise, great battery life and wifi distance.
