I hope bestbuy isn't selling defective stuff so that I would get warranty this time around because I did after that horrible experience just feeling they might not help only because you have no warranty and item was just purchased. The second controller is holding up now but we will see

Great first party controller from Microsoft.

Buttons, triggers, and analog sticks are precise and offer smooth gaming feel and accuracy. Will highly recomend.
