The Microsoft produced xbox one controllers are the best except no 3rd party option. But in a house of kids, controllers often go bad, that's why the geek squad replacement plan is so great.

Grey Xbox One controller. As Expected!

I have to to flick it to the left to get it to stop. Lesson learned.
