New controller is just fine. My old controller lasted about three years. I Xbox about 3 hours a day, so it had a pretty good life.

This controller looks way better in person. The blue and grey are great together. Other than that, it’s your typical controller. Solid.

Great control. Granted, it's the Xbox original control from Microsoft, but still more than good enough for a casual gamer. I strongly recommend it.

Works as you would expect for a new controller. Looks are of course a personal preference, but I didn't realize until I held it that the gray areas on the front have a slight texture to them and then on the back where your fingers would be is textured slightly which is better than the stock controller. My rechargeable Energizer batteries fit and work fine, though I had to use the black battery cover which doesn't match, but it's on the back so not a big deal.

Excellent product. Much easier to use than prior and lots of options available for unique gaming experience.

First time XBox owner after years (decades) on PS universe. feel seem pretty good. bluetooth a plus. what I like best is the AA battery option. Now I don't have to worry about a PS internal battery wearing out and having to buy a completely new controller

Gaming remote Christmas gift to play the game with a customizable wireless remote. Loved the remote-and it’s functions.

My husband liked that this controller came in red. It worked great for 6 months or so. One of the buttons ended up “sticking” and he had to replace it. Thankfully, always get the geek squad protection.
