It works great. The "A" button on the refurbished unit had a sluggish feel to it and then that button stopped working reliably. BB took it back without question and helped me find this new controller that was on sale, so it worked out. Lesson learned: a refurbished controller can be a risky purchase. Unless you are lucky, it's better to buy a new one.

I'm pretty gentle with my controllers, but my kids think they're projectiles. No matter the abuse these poor and helpless little guys go through, they just keep on ticking and are always ready for the next adventure. Seriously though, they rock. Just get one.

We always get the extra coverage incase something happens to it. They are always good at replacing your things and working with you.
