First, Bestbuy is supposed to price match with Amazon but when I showed the cashier, she stated that they would not honor it because it is through third party seller and not directly through Amazon. I bought it anyways it was not that big of a deal but when I opened the controller at home, there is a wobble in the thumb stick. This is not Bestbuy's fault but rather Microsoft. This is not the first time I buy one of their controls and have problems with the joystick. As I prefer Xbox over PS4 ( I have both), I guess I'll just keep having to buy their controllers which are made to break it seems.
