There have been some updates made since the original XB1 controller here. The grips on the inside are a nice touch and are integrated into the shell of the controller itself. I've got the V1 Elite controller, and the rubberized grips that are glued onto those are known for falling off over time. This is a huge improvement over even that, much more expensive controller.

These new Series X/S controllers are amazing! I really like how they included a usb cable and it’s LONG!!! Very comfortable and very durable. In my own humble opinion, stay away from the cheap wired controllers if you can and invest in one of these.

It's a great controller and having it with a wire is helpful to play games on the computer.

Very good controller. I bought one to replace my worn out Xbox One controller, and Microsoft has definitely made some slight improvements over the previous generation Xbox controller. The d-pad and bumpers are noticeably "snappier," and the triggers are more tactile. I can also confirm that the Series X|S controller works just fine with the old Xbox (One) Wireless adapter for PC.

Using either the provided cable or wireless, the controller has caused no issues. My son uses it daily with no complaints. He loves to play pc games like Monster Hunter with it, and won't accept anything else. This controller replaced an old xbox 360 controller that finally gave up the ghost after 5 years. Not bad.

I really enjoy the new design of the Xbox controllers. The d-pad is much better than the previous style and the bumpers also feel much better. The change to USB-C is very welcome. As of now, I enjoy the textured back, but time will tell how much grime it collects. Definitely consider open-box as it was in great shape and works perfectly.

The controller is a definite upgrade to the original that came with the Xbox system. It has etched markings on the back of the handles which help with holding the control comfortably.

Great new design. Buttons are clicky and the d pad is much easier on thumbs. Definitely feels more expensive and solid. Textured back is a welcome upgrade. We'll have to see if the longevity has improved but we can only hope. So far no complaints. Very happy with my purchase. I do suggest getting the rechargeable batteries for this.

This controller is really everything you want from a controller. Nice inputs that are responsive and fast, comfort where it fits nicely, grips so its easier to hold, and more. My favorite thing is its easy to have either wireless or wired, with a simple plug or a simple connect. This controller feels nice to use and the look is still very pretty

Kid loves his new controller... it works great and doesnt have any issues.
