I give it a 4 star only because of the cord/cable that comes with it becomes a bit flimsy toward the Type C insertion point of the controller. Other than that, so far it's been a great controller.

Came with noticeable signs of use, but as expected.

Stick drift happened so soon with so little use, has completely soured me on these controllers.

I bought this over a year ago as an open box item and just now decided to try it out, only to discover that it won’t connect to any windows 10 PC through the usb cable. I tried multiple ports and cables, and none of them resolved the issue. I updated my usb drivers, but that didn’t resolve the issue either. I’m really frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered this new for curbside pickup. When I got home I noticed the tape didn’t seem like the original and the cable that comes included wasn’t even wrapped up, it was just in the box loose.

Worst experience ever ordering online. I’ve had so many retailers have a simple address change link or even call me. I forgot to write unit 1 and never arrived. And their same day delivery took a full week to even get processed. Worst ever no wonder they are going out of business! I used to love Best Buy but it’s just a crap company hanging on

says it comes with batteries - it doesnt. havent tried the controller cause i lit cant because the batteries were not included

This controller broke after 2 months of using it. I didn't drop it. I didn't do anything that would damage it but now the left thumb stick doesn't work properly.

Junk. Right stick started drifting/jumping down after less than 30 days. No better than much cheaper alternatives.

Worked great for exactly 156 days. After that, it started to randomly disconnect, which is in no way desired while playing. Manufacturer's warranty is for only 90 days. I suppose one could pay extra to get the extended warranty. Or one could pay the same price for a competing product that will last more than 6 months.

Updated the firmware, but this controller still doesn't work correctly. Running through bluetooth and it doesn't register button presses. Directly wired it'll work, but only if you start the game plugged in. If you started plugged in, then you can then unplug and the wireless works. This workaround only worked for Steam titles. My xbox 360 controller works for all games on Steam and non Steam titles, so going back to that.

Great feeling controller but the longevity on this model has been poor. Now on my third one in three years with fairly minimal use

I purchased this new and recieved a used controller in an open box. The security seal had been cut. The controller is covered in dust. The cord is not wouund up neatly. I can't even return it, because I put off opening the box from the post office it shipped in, because the spare controller wasn't needed yet

This controller works great on PC games that support it. No wireless connection to deal with.

Works great on my pc, great upgrade from my worn out xbox 360 controller.

Controller lifespan about the same as the old Atari controllers. Plastic junk.

Bought it to use on PC wotks great. Connected it via Bluetooth.

Only had controller little of 30 days now it’s now working.

Yeah I'm just about to return that remote because sometimes it works sometimes it don't so I'll have to buy another controll
