Great controller but issues

The new series controllet is no exception. However even after a few uldates the controller will sometimes disconnect for no reason. I believe Microsoft will eventually fix this with more updates.

The A/B/X/Y buttons feel incredibly cheap and dissatisfying to press. Especially, when compared to a PS5 controller. To top it off, you need to buy batteries for the Xbox controller when you get it. Overall, extremely disappointing. If I had to pick between this and the PS5 controller, I'd get the PS5 controller any day.

The only problem I had was when I got the box, box came damaged.

EXCEPT the fact that connecting via Bluetooth to PC apparently gives it the craziest input lag for no reason that I was only able to fix by plugging into PC using USB-C cable and magically it worked like my other three Xbox one controllers(that were connected Bluetooth). I will unfortunately be returning this as its basically useless without being hardwired into my PC.

We're sorry that this Xbox wireless controller didn't meet expectations. Unless otherwise specified, this controller should be sold brand new. If it's within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one.
