After 1 year of use I need to buy a new one. I think that the quality of the controller are really bad.

I purchased this product as a new (NOT used) product, it came broken, unable to turn on, and it had bite, scratch and paint marks on the controller.

New style is pretty cool, but the A button seem to stick and after a week hoping it would loosen up, we returned it and bought the older model.

The X button sticks when i use it, whenever i try to clip something the controller disconnects. Hood controller when you get used to those 2 things but as of right now i’m planning on returning and getting a new one to see if it’s persistent.

Decent controller but hard to have 1 finger on each of the top buttons on both sides and also randomly disconnects from my pc

Worked 7 months before left joystick started “wandering”.

Controller works well but the original package was completely destroyed and all of it looked like it was used.

Out of the three controllers I’ve had for my Xbox Series S, two of them (including this one) have had major issues with sound and drift. All three have had stick drift issues. Hoping they get better controllers soon, as they’re not the best for daily gamers.

Hello, I am disappointed with the game code, when I tried using it, it showed that it was already used. Not able to return the product now but yeah that was not expected at all. Can anything be done to get a new code?

Good controller just didn't recognize that it doesn't come with a rechargeable battery.

Works great but it’s missing the rechargeable battery pack. I specifically asked a Best Buy employee if it was included since this was a gift and they told me it surely was included. Although I was sad to find out the pack was not included and batteries needed to be purchased later.

Broke after a year, left stick can't detect forward push.

Controller is okay, box came like it was already opened and cable was just thrown inside. Doesn’t feel new.

Looking for a cable to charge a rechargeable battery. Sold out everywhere. Thought this might do the trick but no, it only powers the controller it WON’T recharge a Microsoft rechargeable battery. None of the reviews or info online would tell you this. Had to purchase and experiment myself.

While wireless is the mainstream, being able to have the backup wired option is great. Especially PC if you want that connection, and not worrying about battery power. Simple connection for your needs

X button sticks/broken; geek squad won't pick up the phone for a swap out

Bought this to replace my original controller after it initially started suffering from left stick drift and eventually the left stick (press down) button stopped working completely. After about three months I noticed some left stick drift on this controller, followed by the right stick, and now the left stick has significantly worsened (on menus the controller cycles through all of the options constantly on its own). It has gone from a nuisance to affecting gameplay. Pressing down on the left stick still works/registers; once this goes I will likely have to replace the controller again.

Good controller. But not a good cord, breaks easily.

Ive gone through 4 controllers. Probably should've added geek squad protection on this order. The thumbsticks seem to either drift or rubber tips come off.
