There is a slight texturing on the back of the grips. It feels odd at first but you don’t notice it after 5 minutes

Very responsive and work well. With the speed of the X, the controller gives you a slight advantage over those still using an Xbox One in my opinion.

How do I know it was used? It had dirty fingerprints all over it, missing papers, and the cable was untied. It was also not taped to be closed. It is still good and I am using it. But I paid for a new item not an open box one.

You need to update the firmware of the controller if you want to use it via Bluetooth with Windows 10. But it is very easy with the Xbox accesory app in the Microsoft store
